SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders from BigUPdesigns should be processed within 2-5 business days, once payment has cleared. Shipping will be handled by the United States Postal Service, so no orders will be shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. If you are ordering our products for a specific date, such as birthdays, a holiday, or other special dates, please be sure to order well in advance of that date, to ensure timely delivery.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. Shipping may be slow during busy times, as well. If, for some reason, there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO Addresses:
BigUPdesigns ships to addresses within the United States, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy:
Sorry, we do not ship outside the United States at this time.
Please note that your order leaves our facility in perfect condition. BigUPdesigns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Sorry, we do not allow returns. If your product order is not correct (it happens!), you should contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know. we will review your order, and make corrections.
